Returns & Refunds Policy
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In their original packaging
- Returned within 28 days of the original delivery date
We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if items show signs of use, are missing packaging, or have been damaged after delivery.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us to notify us of your intention to return and to obtain a Return Authorisation.
- Securely package the item, including your order number and reason for return inside the parcel.
- Send the item to the address provided by our team.
Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs where applicable
We will arrange collection and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any delivery charges paid, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Chemicals and water treatment products (for health and safety reasons)
- Items that have been used, installed, or assembled
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items marked as clearance or ex-display where noted at time of purchase
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
