Shipping Policy

UK Delivery

We offer delivery across the United Kingdom. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location.

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days
  • Cost: calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination

Express Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days
  • Cost: calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination

Free Delivery

Free standard delivery is available on qualifying orders. Any applicable free delivery threshold will be displayed at checkout.


Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the following working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, which may include a tracking number depending on the courier used.


Delivery Restrictions

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands

Deliveries to remote or offshore locations may incur additional charges and/or longer delivery times. Any surcharges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

International Delivery

We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally at this time.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. If an item is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery at enquiries@poonspaservices.co.uk or call us on [phone number]. Please retain all original packaging as this may be required for any claims.


Large & Heavy Items

Some items may be classed as large or heavy and may require a specialist courier or pallet delivery service. Delivery times and costs for these items will be displayed at checkout. Someone must be available to receive pallet deliveries as they cannot be left unattended.
